Contact

The legal seller is Japhet Logosu, a sole trader trading as Hearth & Hue. Our business correspondence address is 5 Fane Crescent, Sheffield S26 4TS, United Kingdom.

• Email: hello@hearthhue.store.
• Telephone: +44 7834 824868.
• Website: Hearth & Hue.

For an order enquiry, include your order number if available and tell us which item you need help with. Hearth & Hue is your point of contact even when a supplier dispatches your order.

For returns, please contact us for instructions and a confirmed accepted return destination. A parcel's sender address is not necessarily the correct return address, and our correspondence address is not automatically a supplier warehouse.

Requesting instructions does not make statutory cancellation conditional on approval or remove the statutory fallback return route where no returns address has been specified (Consumer Contracts Regulations, regulation 35).
