Shipping policy

Hearth & Hue delivers to UK addresses supported for the items in your basket. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Some items are dispatched directly by our suppliers, so one order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

•Most items are dispatched the next business day and usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Unless a different date is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.

• Preorder items show their expected dispatch date on the product page.

• Tracking is shared after dispatch where the delivery service provides it.

• Goods remain at our risk until they reach you. If a parcel is late, missing or damaged, email hello@hearthhue.store with your order number and we'll sort it out.
